Are you 14-17 years old and really interested in cities and art?

Yes?  Sign up for the City Builders Camp!

Applications are now being accepted for City Builders, a project of the 2014 Year of Urban Ideas. Offering young people aged 14-17 a comprehensive introduction to the city and the arts, it’s a camp taking place on four consecutive Fridays beginning September 12 and concluding on October 3.

The camp will introduce students to the ideas of city building and placemaking, using the arts as the primary focus of exploration. The camp will give students a window into how cities have evolved, how they function, and how art and design are essential tools for development and transformation. The camp will be a combination of lectures, field trips, and workshops.

City Builders is free but an application is required. To find out more details about how it works, check out the City Builders page on our website.
